Ashley Zak, MD

Ashley Zak brings over two decades of expertise and dedication to the equestrian world. With 20 years of riding and showing experience in jumpers and eventing, Ashley has cultivated a deep passion for both warmblood horses and restarting off-track thoroughbreds. Her extensive background and hands-on approach reflect her commitment to the highest standards of equine care and management.

Ashley’s 10 years of barn management experience have honed her skills in creating a well-organized and efficient environment. Her special interest in equine nutrition ensures that every horse under her care receives a balanced and health-focused diet based upon peer reviewed research that is tailored to meet their individual needs.

This facility is named after her beloved show horse, Boost, who inspired her to create a new type of horse boarding facility. This facility is dedicated to achieving success in showing while fostering a deep, meaningful relationship between horse and rider. Boost's legacy lives on through the nurturing environment Ashley has established, where both horses and their owners can thrive.

Living on-site at her facility, Ashley is always available to oversee the daily operations and ensure the well-being of the horses. Although she is currently not offering training for horses or riders due to her commitments as a primary care physician, Ashley remains occasionally open to providing training on an individual and limited basis.
